Richard Lynch:Collecting old coins is a hobby I acquired from my Dad growing up and now I enjoy metal detecting at old farms

Richard Lynch:I was 8 years old when my Dad put me on the stage and I was bitten by the country music bug and knew that was what I wanted to sing

Richard Lynch:The process of song selection at my gigs I read the crowd,it is a rare occasion that I use a prepared song list. For recording I have to be touched by the storyline,feel the melody line and be able to deliver the song well before I will record it

Richard Lynch:Most of the main stream music today is very mechanical with very little musicianship and the lyrics are very lame generally.

Richard Lynch:I am only in sessions when I am actually recording for my projects,CDs.All the sessions I have been in have been great,I have been fortunate to work with the best in the industry.

Richard Lynch:No I don't expect to sign with a label,I do not like the current direction of todays country music and would not compromise my style of music.If there was a label with a commitment to Traditional country music I would consider working with them

Richard Lynch:Currently we are promoting our album A Better Place which was produced just a year ago,the title song has been number 1 on Roots Music Report for 27 weeks straight.We are currently Looking for new material and meeting with producers to produce our next album in the next few months
